JACI OHAYON

Jaci Ohayon is originally from Alaska and is the co-founder of  Aspire Visa Attorneys. Jaci was inspired to become an immigration attorney after witnessing the U.S. Coast Guard detain a Cuban national off the coast of the Florida Keys. Jaci has lived in several different countries, is married to an immigrant, and is currently in the process of applying for dual citizenship herself. These experiences give her a unique perspective on the challenges immigrants face.

Prior to opening her private practices, Jaci worked with several notable immigration firms and companies around the United States, where she focused on the areas of Business and Family Immigration. Recently Jaci made headlines when she won a nearly impossible case with the U.S. Consulate in Haiti.

Jaci earned her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, her M.A. from the University of Adelaide and has been a licensed attorney since 2006. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Washington State Bar Association. Jaci studied French in Paris and continues to work towards fluency.
