THE MOST DIFFICULT TN VISA CASE WAS WON BY JACI. Our journey began on December 13th, 2023, (without an attorney) when my husband's TN visa was rejected for the SECOND TIME at Montreal Airport, Canada. On December 22nd, 2023, Jaci took on our case. She was the only lawyer who inspired confidence and security from the first call; she organized our documents to attempt a THIRD TIME for a TN visa at Montreal Airport. On January 4, 2024, it was rejected AGAIN WITHOUT ANY REASON. Jaci did not give up on us; she made all the arrangements to appeal the decision directly with USCIS on an express service, explaining our entire situation and emphasizing that there was no justification for denying my husband's visa.
